Administration Assistant - Theatre Suite

Located in Crofton Downs, Wellington, New Zealand, Bowen Hospital is a private hospital owned by Acurity Health Group, one of the leading private health care services in New Zealand. Due to increasing activity we need to expand our team. We are seeking a CSSD Technician/Assistant for a casual position.

We are looking for someone to join our busy Theatre team. The successful candidate will provide the full range of administrative support to the Theatre Services Manager to support the smooth running of the Bowen Theatre Suite. 

You’ll have proven skills and experience in:
  • A person who has excellent PC skills, familiar with all versions of Word, Xcel etc.
  • Proven organizational skills
  • Able to work as part of a team and also self – motivated to self direct workload
  • Excellent communication skills,

Applicants must live in the Wellington region and have at least two years’ work experience in New Zealand. A valid work Visa is also required.
