About the role

The Administration Assistant (Theatre) is responsible for completing clerical work for the theatre. The duties will include maintaining and organising patient records and ensure documents are completed accurately. Also, to give documents to the appropriate people to ensure a smooth working environment. Maintaining patient confidentially is the most important aspect of the role.

About you

To champion the Administration Assistant position, you will have proven organisational skills and be a team player. All while living our values of: Service, Accountability, Integrity and Engagement. These are central to who we are at Bowen Hospital. 

On top of that, the ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Excellent computer skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Health sector experience (desired)
